Our favorite home cook Valerie is back with this yummy, spicy dish – Dan Dan noodles!
This famous Sichuan recipe used to be made by street vendors balancing the ingredients and stove on a carrying pole, called a 扁担/biǎn dan, which is what gave the noodle its name – Dan Dan. This dish is surprisingly easy to make considering how delicious and flavorful it is!
